At Label RS  we strive to ensure you love what you wear. However, if something isn’t right, please read our return and exchange policy below:

Returns:

• We accept returns only for defective products.

• To be eligible, the defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.

• The item must be unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges:

• We offer one-time free exchange for size changes, subject to availability.

• Exchange requests must be made within  4 days of delivery.

• The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.

Note:

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects or size-related issues.

• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
